Job summary

Kerry is hiring a General Laborer for entry-level production work in Minnesota. You will perform basic line tasks on cereal/ingredient packaging lines and cleaning duties, rotating assignments daily. The role emphasizes physical labor, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Essential duties include palletizing, line support, inventory checks, and basic computer usage. Prior SAP or inventory knowledge is beneficial, and a strong work ethic is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be able to meet physical and environmental demands listed.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Some experience with manual labor within last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Palletize, shrink wrap, and record and certify quantities.
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping and sanitizing; may work at heights using a scissor-lift.
• Execute varied line duties: check dates, align bags on conveyors, refill stock, move product with a pallet jack.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Basic computer skills; SAP or inventory experience beneficial.
