The Production General Laborer supports daily manufacturing operations by performing a variety of manual tasks to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include operating basic production equipment, assembling, packaging, loading, inspecting quality, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production equipment as assigned and trained.
• Assemble, package, label, and palletize products according to production specifications.
• Load and unload raw material and finished goods.
• Inspect products for quality defects and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
• Monitor production lines to ensure efficient workflow.
• Complete production records and required documentation accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by production supervisors or management.

The Production General Laborer reports to the production supervisor and is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing and production operations by performing a variety of manual labor tasks. This role ensures products are produced efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Schedule Requirements: Monday-Friday; flexibility to start anywhere from 5am-12pm preferred
