Job summary

TruCut Incorporated in Sebring, Ohio, is expanding its production and general assembly team. This role offers a first shift 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed.

You will work on a variety of projects, support quality craftsmanship, and contribute to timely, reliable parts for HVAC customers. We value teammates who are eager to learn, open to guidance from experienced coworkers, and committed to safety.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of production and general assembly projects.
• Maintain quality and craftsmanship in assembled parts.

• Follow shift schedule: first shift, Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
• Help understand how the business runs and contribute to efficiency.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• We work first shift, Monday through Thursday 6AM - 4:30 PM + overtime as needed.
