Job summary

Requirements include at least 1 year forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong English reading/writing.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Warehouse or Manufacturing (Required).
• Forklift: Minimum 1 year driving forklift; double forklift preferred (Required).
• PPE: Knowledge of PPE requirements (Required).
• Basic computer skills (Required).
• Good math, language, and reading skills (Required).
• Able to learn business software and use mobile devices (Required).
• Excellent teamwork and communication across all levels (Required).
• English reading/writing required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move products from packaging lines and into bays.
• Report any damage or deficiencies to supervisors.
• Fill out required paperwork for production runs.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and PPE adherence.
• Move purge materials and pallets as needed.
• Support packaging team and cover Packaging Associate duties when needed.
