Responsibilities:
- Maintain full ownership of the production line and its performance.
- Make real‑time decisions and implement necessary changes to support workflow efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of production data and process documentation.
- Utilize required systems to monitor and support production activities.
- Manage line priorities, resources, and time effectively to meet production targets.
- Escalate issues promptly using established communication channels.
- Lead by example, modeling professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic.
- Navigate difficult conversations with clarity, empathy, and fairness.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence in all interactions.
- Practice listening with noble intent while remaining focused on achieving results.

- Acts as a Safety champion, ensuring that team culture embodies a “safety first, safety always” attitude with policies, procedures, and accountability to protect our ‘ohana’s safety.
- Be a champion of the Quality, Food Safety, and Production programs.
- Lead pre‑shift safety meetings, training and stretching routines.
- Ensure all personnel are fit for duty and fully comply with Employee safety and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.
- Make job assignments and execute rotation plans to comply with labor laws and prevent prolonged periods of repetitive motion.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
- Role may require off‑shift and/or weekend work.
- Performs other duties as required which are reasonably within scope of this role.
- The responsibilities associated with this job will change from time to time in accordance with the Company’s business needs.
- More specifically, the incumbent may be required to perform additional and/or different responsibilities from those set forth above.
Qualifications (Education and Experience)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment required.
- 1–3 years of specific experience managing the production lines required.
- Food industry experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate orally in English.
- Ability to speak effectively in individual and group settings.
- Ability to add, subtract, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Basic proficiency with all MS Office Applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to use a tablet and/or scan gun to perform quality and production tasks.
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
- Ability to set up and operate various manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to speak in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Forklift/Electric Pallet Jack Certification preferred.
- Working knowledge with SAP, Redzone and WinSPC is preferred.

Compensation:
$30.50 an hour
