Job summary

Nox Group in the United States invites experienced production professionals to join our team as a label production specialist. You will manage label production, serve as SME on equipment and processes, and coordinate with Sales Reps, Technicians and Customers to meet deadlines.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar environment, read and interpret blueprints, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Label production with deadlines and coordination.
  • Serve as SME on equipment, software, materials, and processes.
  • Coordinate shifts and manpower; approve overtime.
  • Manage material inventory min/max and adjustments.
  • Minimize downtime and maximize productivity while following maintenance schedules.
  • QAQC before shipping to ensure quality, color, data, etc.
  • Maintain and enhance the shipping/pick-up process.
  • Promote CL in a positive light with customers and team.
  • Apply LEAN to increase efficiency and reduce rework.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for self and technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Label production; prioritizing, coordinating, communicating deadlines, constraints, opportunities.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on equipment, software, material, processes and proactively lend expertise to Sales Reps, Technicians and Customers.
  • Manage manpower needs: coordinating shifts, approving overtime, requesting supplemental help as appropriate.
  • Manage material inventory min/max and adjustments as needed.
  • Equipment: minimize downtime and maximize productivity, following minimum required maintenance schedule.
  • QAQC process: during and after label production to ensure proper quality, color, data, etc. prior to shipping.
  • Shipping process; maintain and enhance the shipping/pick-up process.
  • Always promote CL in positive light with customers and team.
  • LEAN method implementation: find opportunities to increase efficiency and eliminate rework in the production process.
  • Maintain and always enforce a safe working environment for self and technicians.

  • Must be able to lift 45lbs-50lbs.
  • 3+ years of similar experience.
Education & Certifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
