Job summary

Nox Group is hiring a Warehouse Manager for our Pecos, TX office. This role provides staff support for all aspects of the warehouse function and drives inventory control, shipping, and materials handling to meet department goals.

You will oversee documentation, scheduling, inter-company deliveries, safety checks, and coordination with department leads. A high school diploma or GED is required; OSHA 10 may be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • Valid driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
  • General knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • Ability to operate general warehouse equipment.
  • Dependable with quick response to management direction.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily goals and schedules and expectations for department.
  • Oversee and maintain current inventory records for materials and equipment received, stored, issued and transferred off-site. Monitor for re-stocking and/or returns as needed.
  • Maintain and oversee material and equipment transaction forms and documentation including requisitions, freight bills shipment records and packing slips.
  • Provide assistance to enterprise employees in securing needed materials, equipment, inventory and delivery items.
  • Oversee the scheduling and shipping/delivery of materials, equipment and inventory items as necessary. This includes any permits and safety checks as required by law and/or Company policy.
  • Coordinate inter-company deliveries and returns with appropriate personnel and ensure paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely pickup and delivery of all inter-company mail, packages and deliveries
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of will-calls, blueprints, specs and checks.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with department leads
  • Participate in the development and implementation of department standards and procedures.
  • Communicate all personnel needs and projections to direct supervisor as necessary
  • Oversee and complete coaching with teammates as needed
  • Perform other job-related responsibilities / functions as required by business needs.
  • You may be required to obtain your OSHA 10 certification within your first 90 days of employment.
