Job summary

Alamo Group is seeking a Production Foreman to supervise daily manufacturing operations for grapples, loaders, and related heavy equipment attachments. You will lead production staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with engineering, maintenance and management to improve workflow, monitor equipment, maintain OSHA compliance, and develop team performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues.
• Train, coach, and support production employees.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and management to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.

Job description

The Production Foreman is responsible for supervising daily manufacturing operations related to the production, assembly, welding, fabrication, and finishing of grapples, loaders, and related heavy equipment attachments. This position leads production employees, ensures safety and quality standards are maintained, and drives productivity to meet customer delivery schedules. The Production Foreman serves as a key liaison between production teams, engineering, quality, maintenance, and management to ensure operational excellence.
