Job summary

Alamo Group Inc. in New York seeks a Production Foreman to supervise daily manufacturing operations for grapples, loaders, and heavy attachments. You will lead shop personnel, ensure safety and quality, and drive productivity to hit delivery schedules.

As a key liaison with engineering, maintenance, and management, you will optimize workflows, monitor equipment, and coach employees for continuous improvement.
