Job summary

Boar's Head Brand is seeking a General Employee to assist in multiple departments. You will be asked to perform a variety of duties and must be able to walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. The role involves exposure to cold, wet environments, and potential hazards in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining pace with the line, collaborating with teammates, and following GMPs, SOPs, and plant rules. No prior experience is required; 18+ years old is needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to extreme cold. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals.
