Job summary

Boar's Head Brand is seeking a General Employee to support production line operations. The role involves following supervisor directions, maintaining pace on the line, and working as part of a team to meet product specifications safely and efficiently.

Employees must be at least 18 years old, able to read and write, perform basic arithmetic, and follow written or oral instructions. The position requires adherence to GMPs, SOPs, and plant rules, with possible varied duties to support multiple

A General Employee assists in departments by performing a variety of duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person and/or Manager. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to extreme cold. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals.
