Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Floor Lead to oversee production line leaders and the temporary workforce, ensuring the floor operates productively and in compliance with safety and GMP guidelines.

You will train and mentor line leads, coordinate with the Quality Department, monitor production rates, and uphold company procedures while promoting teamwork. The role requires 2nd shift hours (3:30pm–12am), OT availability, and a $24.50 hourly wage with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience or training in warehouse production.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production line leaders and temporary workforce to keep floor productive.
• Direct and train new Line Leads in production processes, safety, and GMP guidelines.
• Ensure accurate completion of work packets and maintain professional supervision of staff.
• Coordinate with Quality Department for production results and monitor production rates.
