Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all production floor activities.
• Lead, train, and mentor Team Leads and department members.
• Design and execute workflow improvements.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control programs.
• Collaborate with other departments for new product development.
• Propose and implement layouts for optimal floor flow.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new production talent.
• Supervise and manage Team Leads and Technicians.
