Job summary

AlphaGraphics - US779 is seeking a dedicated Bindery/Production Finishing Specialist to finalize printed projects. The role involves operating finishing equipment, ensuring accuracy, and preparing items for delivery.

You will contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Read work orders to determine finishing instructions and specifications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Operate finishing machines ( cutters, folders, collators/stitchers, etc.) to complete products.
• Maintain daily production records and follow quality control procedures.
• Perform other essential duties to ensure high quality customer service and output.

The Production Finishing Specialist is responsible for the finishing and completion of projects in the center. This Production Finishing Specialist also sometimes includes the staging/preparation of completed jobs to be delivered or shipped to our client’s final destination.

Our tight-knit team, AlphaGraphics - US779 is actively seeking a Bindery Specialist to join us full-time. Our Production Finishing Specialist is primarily responsible for operating various machines and equipment to finish products that have been printed so they can be delivered.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Read work orders to determine instructions and specifications for finishing of projects.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Operate finishing machine devices, such as cutters, folders, collators/stitchers, and other production finishing machines as available in the center to facilitate the final assembly of finished products.
• Maintain records, such as daily production records, using specified forms.
• Follow all quality control procedures as instructed by the owner or manager of the center.
• Any other essential functions/duties that are needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output.

• 2+ years of experience in operating finishing equipment associated with the print, signage or associated industries
