QPS Employment Group is seeking a Production/Finisher for a company in Hartland, WI on the 1st shift. The role offers an opportunity for hire with a wage of $20.00-$22.00 per hour and a Monday-Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Responsibilities include finishing the product through priming, lamination, gluing, sanding, trimming, glazing, and related processes. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to read blueprints and use hand/tools equipment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of hand tools/air tools and other equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to be flexible and apply new programs and technology.
• Able to read blueprints (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving skills/techniques.
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Strong work ethics and high attention to detail.
• Flexible, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Able to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
• Must be able to stand prolonged period of time.
