Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 2–4 years in financial analysis in manufacturing.
• CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification is a plus.
• Strong cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Costpoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs (labor, materials, overhead) and variances vs standard costs.
• Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for production performance.
• Support annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for production departments.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams.
