Job summary

• Six months related experience as an inspector or auditor.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to measure and properly fill out required forms and documentation.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct End Item Inspections by randomly selecting and inspecting the lot following AQLs to determine if the lot passes or is rejected.
• Measure garments accurately using all necessary measuring devices.
• Understand and follow work instructions, specifications, tolerances, contracts, and Purchase Descriptions (PDs).
• Document any defects found during inspections and all measurements taken.
• Audit the packing process, ensuring products are packed correctly before submission.
• Audit the shipping process, including the palletization (wrapping and strapping) of pallets before Lot submission to the customer.
• Understand and apply ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 table for inspections.
• Follow procedures to conduct proper random and sample inspections.
• Maintain high inspection volume while ensuring accuracy.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge across all products within the department.

The Quality Auditor is responsible for conducting random inspections of lots after they are closed, following AQLs to determine if the lot passes or is rejected. This End Item Inspection is performed right before submitting a lot to the customer. The Quality Auditor drives initiatives that uphold our commitment to excellence and strategic objectives.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**1. Conduct End Item Inspections by randomly selecting and inspecting the lot following AQLs to determine if the lot passes or is rejected.2. Measure garments accurately using all necessary measuring devices.3. Understand and follow work instructions, specifications, tolerances, contracts, and Purchase Descriptions (PDs).4. Document any defects found during inspections and all measurements taken.5. Audit the packing process, ensuring products are packed correctly before submission.6.
