Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily production and field operations with efficient scheduling, documentation control, and labor coordination. You will bridge field teams, internal departments, and management to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in production coordination, strong organization, and ERP/SAP or similar software experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in production coordination or related role.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily/weekly production and service work, coordinating field labor, subcontractors, and contractors.
• Support dispatching activities and communicate priorities and job details.
• Maintain detailed documentation for labor hours, work orders and materials.
• Coordinate with branch leadership and field crews to update schedules and jobsite conditions.
• Assist with creating POs for sub-labor and ensure proper labeling and coding of orders.
