Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a dependable Production Fabrication Shop Helper for our Ft Myers, FL operation. The role involves measuring, cutting, drilling and assembling parts to meet production specs using a variety of hand and power tools.

Work schedule Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; starting pay $18.00 per hour with room for growth. Prior fabrication shop experience preferred, and strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fabrication shop or as a plumbing/helper preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark materials accurately according to specifications
• Cut holes, drill, and assemble components as directed
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Read and follow work orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
• Assist with other fabrication or assembly tasks as required
