Team Quest Staffing Services, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Production Expeditor to ensure timely production flow and coordinate materials, assemblies, and documentation to meet schedules. You will collaborate withProduction Control, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth operations.

The role operates on a 6:00 am–2:30 pm schedule with overtime on most days; Saturdays are required. Pay rate is $23.00–$24.00 per hour.

Responsabilités

• Ensure production schedules are met for assigned product lines
• Coordinate the flow of materials, assemblies, and documentation through manufacturing, reporting status to Production Control, Expeditors, and Customer Service
• Verify and requisition inventory/materials required for finished products
• Release and monitor work orders, ensuring timely completion to meet shipping deadlines
• Organize production documentation: drawings, data sheets, shortage sheets, WIP locations, and priorities
• Act as a liaison across departments to resolve manufacturing discrepancies
• Track and move work orders and products throughout the production floor
• Arrange in-plant transfer of materials and transport between departments
• Report material changes, substitutions, and shortages
• Maintain organized racks and WIP, supporting daily production meetings and backlog reviews
• Contribute to 5S standards, keeping work areas clean and orderly
• Operate stand-up/sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
