Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division in El Paso, TX is hiring a Production Equipment Support to assist with setup, changeover, and basic troubleshooting of production equipment. The role supports smooth production flow and collaborates with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in manufacturing or equipment support, with spot welding or brazing experience preferred. The position offers hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or equipment support, preferably with spot welding or brazing.
• Must live within 50 miles of El Paso, TX; relocation not offered.
• No immigration sponsorship available (CPT/OPT/H-1B/etc. not offered).

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment changeovers for spot welder machines and other production equipment.
• Support setup and changeover activities across manufacturing areas.
• Assist maintenance and engineering during equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Ensure tools, fixtures, and components for changeovers are available.
• Maintain records of changeovers, equipment status, and tasks.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines during all equipment handling.
• Communicate readiness and issues to production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
