Embecta Corp. is seeking a Machine Attendant for the C shift in a high-speed manufacturing environment in Holdrege, NE. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, cleaning work areas, producing and inspecting products, operating machines, and completing paperwork.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prefer 1+ year manufacturing experience. English proficiency and basic computer skills are required, with good interpersonal abilities.

Formación

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Basic computer keyboard & navigational skills including Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain equipment according to preventive maintenance schedule.
• Clean machines and immediate work area.
• Produce, visually inspect and package product.
• Operate equipment and process functions.
• Conduct inspections and perform process tests.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Respond to and reset alarms as needed.
• Maintain a productive work environment through effective communication with team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain certification on assigned equipment.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Support the needs of the business as assigned by Shift Leader.
• Operate in a high-speed manufacturing environment and stay alert.
