Staffing Network is seeking a Production Equipment Operator / Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Wall, NJ, specializing in medical components. Operate machinery, follow production instructions, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Two shifts available with pay ranges: 1st shift $18–$20/hr and 2nd shift $19–$20/hr. Employment is full-time with pre-employment screenings required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to operate production equipment.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery.
• Operate production equipment, including extrusion, molding, braiding, and grinding machines.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Perform cutting, bonding, inspection, and packaging tasks.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and GMP.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.

• Comfortable working around moving machinery and in a moderate-to-loud manufacturing environment.
