Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Production Equipment Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment in Richmond, VA. This role supports product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position.

The position features a 6pm-6am 2-2-3 shift pattern (non-rotating) with a starting pay rate of $21.42/hour plus 10% shift differential, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
