Hardy Diagnostics seeks a Production Equipment Senior Technician at our Santa Maria, CA headquarters to install, inspect, repair, calibrate, and maintain equipment used in the biological culture media manufacturing field.
The role includes mentoring Tech I & II, coordinating with manufacturing, QA and QC to ensure safe operation, and managing PM schedules and calibration.

The Production Equipment Senior Technician's overall responsibilities include the installation, inspection, repair, calibration, and maintenance of equipment, and instrumentation used in the biological culture media manufacturing field. The PEST mentors and guides the subordinate Production Equipment Technicians (Tech II & I).
Two-year certificate from college or technical school is desirable; or five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A high school diploma or GED is required.
