Texarkana Aluminum is seeking a production associate in Texarkana, TX. The role supports daily plant operations, including forklift duties and crane operation, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and be able to pass background checks. The work environment involves standing for long periods and exposure to dust, heat, and cold.

• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to understand and communicate written and verbal instructions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening and hair follicle drug screen

Job Location: Texarkana Aluminum - Texarkana, TX 75501

Salary Range: $22.42 Hourly

Perform duties in a safe manner, and shall not pose a threat to the environment, or health and safety of other individuals in the workplace.

• Effectively operate forklifts
