Job summary

NOVO Health Services, LLC in Ravenna, OH is seeking full-time Production workers for our healthcare linen facility. You will feed clean hospital linen into folding machines and inspect for quality in a fast-paced setting.

We offer 8-hour shifts with overtime, 1st shift 6am–2:30pm, 2nd shift 3:30pm–12am, five days per week with a rotating day off. No experience is required—training is provided, with benefits like 401(k) with employer match, health plans, PTO, and more.

NOVO Health Services is hiring full-time Production workers on both first and second shift at our healthcare linen facility in Ravenna, OH.

Production team members feed clean hospital linen into machines to be folded while checking for quality issues in a fast paced production environment.

Schedule

• 8 hour shifts with overtime available as needed
• 1st shift works 6am-2:30pm
• 2nd shift works 3:30pm-12am
• 5 days per week with a rotating scheduled day off

Physical Requirements

• Stand for the full shift
• Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions

Qualifications
