• Improve manufacturing processes using validated methods and data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with FDA QSR, ISO, GMP/GDP, and related policies.
• Drive CAPAs, nonconformance reduction, audits readiness, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Plan and execute engineering projects with budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
