Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a leader to drive the IaaS platform that powers AI workloads. You will oversee provisioning, isolation, and lifecycle across our fleet, and own the space between bare metal and customer workloads.

This role focuses on building self-service capabilities, defining platform SLOs, and aligning engineering priorities to scale operations while maintaining reliability. The position requires proven IaaS leadership, strong design sense for multi-tenant isolation, and a track record

• Fly the plane while it's being built. Sites come online in pieces, and you keep the live ones running flawlessly while construction continues around them.
• Write the playbook, don't inherit it. No prior operations org has run at this speed and scale, so the standards you set become the standard.

• Build self-service capability so customer onboarding shrinks from weeks to hours.
• Set platform SLOs and the engineering priorities that hold them.

What We're Looking For

• You've designed multi-tenant isolation that customers trusted with real workloads.
• You've cut onboarding or provisioning time by an order of magnitude somewhere, and can say how.
• You balance platform roadmap against operational load honestly.
• Bonus: Bare-metal provisioning. GPU virtualization and passthrough. Kubernetes. Cloud networking.
