Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in *nix (Linux or UNIX-like OS).
- Experience with Internet service architecture capacity planning.
- Knowledge of web technologies and service architectures.
- Experience with Internet service architecture capacity planning.
- Knowledge of common web technologies and Internet service architectures.
- Experience configuring and running infrastructure level applications.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage back-end services for fleet management and front-end services.
- Write and review code and develop documentation.
- Share on-call rotation with engineering team.
- Collaborate with top engineers to develop code and systems in production.
Skills
Coding experience in Java, Python, C++, PHP/Hack, Rust, Go
Network fundamentals
Experience with software, frameworks and APIs
Internet service architecture capacity planning
Common web technologies and Internet service architectures
Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL configurations
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
