Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement process, equipment and system improvements.
• Conduct process troubleshooting and optimizations.
• Communicate with department personnel.
• Coordinate activities with Operations, Industrial IT, Plant Engineering and Maintenance.
• Maintain required documentation.
• Follow all management system requirements.
• Provide employee training as needed.
• Evaluate reports and coordinate response actions.
• Represent the Moses Lake plant in technical matters with external groups.
