Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead or support new product introductions and equipment installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality, cost and productivity goals.
• Develop production layouts and process documentation.
