Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience.
• Able to read and interpret drawings.
• Experience with CAD for manufacturing.
• Willingness to work hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement safety, quality, and productivity improvements for equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and leadership to analyze equipment limitations.
• Lead long-term improvement opportunities for chronic issues.
• Support new model introductions and model changes; determine equipment and process plans.
• Develop material/part flow diagrams and CAD layouts.
• Execute projects with schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
• Mentor entry-level engineers and support engineering standards.
• Use basic measuring tools (scale, caliper, tape).
• Maintain safety and alertness in a hands-on environment.
