Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining cloud‑native microservices.
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience monitoring application and infrastructure health.
• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting production issues.
• 4+ years of experience automating operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for production support.
• Triage and prioritize support tickets based on urgency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex problems.
• Analyze trends in support tickets to identify recurring issues.
• Document processes for knowledge management.
