Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Production Engineer for a permanent role in Northampton. This day-shift position offers a hands-on manufacturing environment with growth opportunities and a salary dependent on experience plus benefits.

You will develop and optimise CNC programs, design tooling and fixtures, own processes from concept to production, and support NPI and continuous improvement on the shop floor while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CAM programming using Siemens NX or similar.
• Manufacturing engineering experience within automotive, motorsport, aerospace or precision engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, production engineering and fixture design.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant HNC, HND, degree-level qualification or apprentice trained.

Responsibilities
