Job summary

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2–5 years in production/valve design, with strong communication and MS Office skills, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of related experience in production/operations.
• 2–5 years in design and manufacturing of valves, piping and related fluid and/or auxiliary equipment.
• Knowledge of high-pressure fluids, clean rooms, and electronic test equipment.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills for interactions at all levels.
• Highly computer literate with MS Office/PC experience.

Responsibilities

• Design new systems and processes for introducing new products or improving existing products.
• Develop and maintain testing policies, procedures, and performance metrics to meet manufacturing objectives.
• Investigate, assess and resolve production issues effectively.
• Implement improvements to current operations to improve efficiency.
• Communicate with suppliers to procure necessary equipment.
• Assemble and test production hardware.
• Analyze equipment layout, workflow, and methods to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate designs with machinists and understand machining techniques.
