Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Foundational knowledge of engineering principles applied to manufacturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot routine technical and manufacturing problems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-shift engineering support to automated manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during ramp-up and steady-state production.
- Support IG purification, fractionation, albumin and related processes.
- Assist with DeltaV, PLCs, MES, and automation hardware maintenance.
- Assist in safety and quality investigations and process improvements.
- Develop troubleshooting guides and share knowledge across shifts.
