Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at the Social Circle, Georgia site. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of manufacturing, utility, and facility systems in a highly regulated environment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical systems, read schematics, and document activities within CMMS, all while adhering to cGMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols. Night shifts are required with occasional flexibility for other shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical/industrial/utilities/manufacturing maintenance experience is required.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical equipment in a regulated environment is preferred.
• CMMS experience and SAP, JDE, or Maximo is a plus.
• Willingness to work a night shift and provide flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing, utility, and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems and equipment (HVAC, boilers, pumps, distillation equipment, etc.).
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, P&IDs to support maintenance activities.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders in CMMS.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety procedures; support production goals and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues.
