Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking a Production Engineer (Module) to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, develop production schedules, and analyze data to drive management decisions. The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, process improvements, and robust reporting to improve productivity and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a engineering background, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency with LEAN/Six Sigma and ERP/MES systems. Strong communication and math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Fluency in Korean strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with production management on ongoing reporting and analytics tools.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes and drive resolutions.
• Assist budget analysis and set operating goals for productivity and safety.
• Compile and analyze data and create management reports.
• Provide production line support: troubleshoot equipment and address inquiries.
• Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, and other best-practice problem-solving methods.
• Lead new manufacturing initiatives, allocate resources and optimize processes.
• Track labor costs and coordinate with departments for material availability.
• Develop production plans with scheduling, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Create reporting templates and tools to drive cross-functional improvement.
