Job summary

EXL is seeking a multi-disciplinary technologist to design and deliver Healthcare solutions. You will address production support issues daily and work with clients to craft timely resolutions. Deep understanding of the US Healthcare value chain (payer/provider) and solid CS fundamentals are required.

You will tune queries for performance and deployment of reports in SCRUM/Agile environments. This is a remote role; candidates must be based in the United States and willing to collaborate closely

Qualifications

• Experience addressing production support issues and resolving them promptly.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with client-facing impact.
• Understanding of US Healthcare value chain (payer/provider).
• Experience with algorithms, design patterns, and core CS concepts.
• Familiar with Agile frameworks (SCRUM) and iterative development.
• Ability to tune queries for performance, security, and stability of reports.
• Understand reports' functional aspects and deployment processes.

• Multi-disciplinary technologist who enjoys designing and executing Healthcare solutions.
• Responsible for addressing production support issues on day-to-day basis and closing them on time.
• Should have a good understanding of the US Healthcare value chain and key impact drivers [Payer and/or Provider]
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and work with a client to create timely solutions and resolutions
• Ability to work on multiple product features simultaneously.
• Quick learner with ability to understand product’s functionality end to end.
• Experience with Strong knowledge of algorithms, design patterns and fundamental computer science concepts
• Experience working in agile methodologies (SCRUM) environment and familiar with iterative development cycles.
• Would be responsible for tuning queries for performance, security and stability of the reports.
• Need to understand the functional aspects of the reports being developed & perform deployment.

*Base Pay Range: $60,100 - $98,700
