Job summary

EXL Health seeks a senior .NET developer in the United States to lead end‑to‑end design and development of enterprise applications, covering front‑end and back‑end, with secure, scalable delivery.

You will work with product managers, provide production support, mentor teammates, and apply SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS, and cloud skills (Azure/AWS) to build robust solutions. Experience with data governance and data quality concepts is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application design, development, testing, deployment & production support.
• Hands-on experience in developing Web applications.
• Extensively worked on streamlining deployment processes, implementing and supporting the product.
• Extensive experience in SSRS, Data Quality concepts, Data Governance & Security.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET framework 4.0/4.5, C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Web Service, IIS, HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, JQuery, Ajax, ReactJS.
• NHibernate and Entity Framework.
• SQL Server 2016: Advanced SQL, Stored procedures and function.
• SSRS/SSIS and data integration platforms.

• Responsible for leading detailed design, end-to-end development (front-end and back-end)/unit testing and integration of applications & Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Produce scalable and flexible, high-quality code that satisfies both functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop, deploy, test and maintain technical assets in a highly secure and integrated enterprise computing environment & Support functional testing
• Responsible for addressing production support issues on day-to-day basis and closing them on time.
• Responsible for on time delivery connected with other teams
• Cross train & mentor team members for complete knowledge of technologies.
• Analyze and translate business requirements to technical design with security and data protection settings.
• Collaborate/communicate with business users
• Work with development team and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Manage expectation regarding road blocks, proactively, in the critical path to help ensure successful delivery of the solution
• Own all projects deliverables and ensure proper communication between teams and quality levels; responsible for end to end solution delivery
• Comprehend the fundamental solution being developed/deployed – its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall architecture, risks, and more.
• Would be required to provide inputs on solution and design effort to build scalable features /functionality.

*Base Pay Range: $60,100 - $98,700

Be the domain expert on respective area . Perform manual selection of claims. Review audit findings. Generate new selection concepts/queries.Perform analysis to understand patterns within the data and to test, develop hypotheses about the business problem using the data.Decide on relevant variables to consider in the modelling phase.Be able to lead the teams and manage the performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ Years of experience in the enterprise application design, development, testing, deployment & production support.
• Hands-on Experience in developing Web applications.
• Extensively worked on streamlining deployment process, implementing and supporting the product.
• Extensive Experience in SSRS Reporting, Data Quality concepts, Data Governance & Security
• Microsoft .NET framework 4.0/4.5, C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Web Service, IIS, HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, JQuery, Ajax, ReactJS
• NHibernate and Entity framework.
• SQL Server 2016: Advanced SQL, Stored procedures and function.
• Enterprise modeling tool and data integration platform –(SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS))
• Versioning tools Tortoise HG and SVN.
• Cloud Technologies (Azure & AWS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on Big Data Tools, not limited to – Python, PySpark
• Experience in OCR tools, DTKBarcode, Esker, Biscom and Claim reprising tools(WebStart,3M)
• Certifications in Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
• Enterprise business intelligence platform (Tableau)
• Knowledge on AWS

Base Pay Range: $60,100 - $98,700 plus bonus

The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
