We're seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Production Engineer to operate our reactor for molten carbonate electrolysis. This is a hands-on, on-site position working with high-temperature, high-power electrical furnaces in a controlled environment with hazards. You'll be the eyes and ears on the floor, monitoring equipment operation, following established procedures, and alerting the engineering team to any anomalies or safety concerns. This role requires physical capability, attention to detail, and comfort working around equipment operating at high temperatures and high voltages. No specialized technical expertise is required—just a capable, careful person who can follow protocols and remain vigilant during operations.
