Role Overview

Are you a Production Engineer from a chemical engineering background, looking to put your own stamp on a market‑leading business and receive specialist training on cutting edge manufacturing equipment?

In this varied role you will manage 5–8 production lines, troubleshooting issues, supporting operators, and stepping in when needed to keep production moving. You will oversee up to 20 direct reports, handling scheduling responsibilities while shifting between office tasks and active floor work depending on line needs. You’ll also collaborate with the Operations Manager and fellow Production Engineers, and occasionally assist with interviews or operate a line if required.

The Role:
