Job summary

ConferED is seeking a Production Engineer to support technical production for conferences, webinars, recordings, and live events. You will configure and operate conference-recording equipment, coordinate with venue AV teams, troubleshoot onsite and remotely, and travel to customer conferences as needed.

The role requires experience with AV production, strong signal-flow knowledge, and the ability to stay calm under pressure during live events.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV production, broadcast, conferencing, video, or live events.
• Strong understanding of audio/video signal flow.
• Comfortable troubleshooting equipment in live environments.
• Knowledge of cameras, microphones, capture systems, streaming, and presentation technology.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to remain calm and solve problems during live events.
