US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Production Engineer to analyze, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes that drive efficiency, quality, and productivity.

You will partner with Production, R&D, Quality, and Operations to implement process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing environment. • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to effectively present technical information and recommendations to leadership.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.

Production Engineer

Overview

US Conec is seeking a Production Engineer to analyze, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes that drive operational efficiency, product quality, and productivity. This role partners closely with Production, RD&E, and Quality teams to solve technical challenges, implement process improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing environment.

Must Haves

• Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies and statistical problem-solving techniques
• Experience developing manufacturing work instructions and process documentation
