Job summary

Alcal Specialty Contracting, Inc. in Fremont, CA seeks a Production Engineer to join a team focused on coordinating daily production and project logistics. This full-time hourly position pays $30–$34 per hour and offers growth opportunities within a large, diversified contractor.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, Spanish fluency, solid communication, and the ability to collaborate with sales, operations and vendors while maintaining safety and budget awareness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Distributing and maintaining daily driver schedule, monthly production schedules and monthly projections.
• Monitoring yard tasks and all yard/ fleet operations.
• Analyzing projects from an operations standpoint.
• Collaborating with production/sales team with RFIs, Submittals, Project Close-Out documents.
• Working with vendors to coordinate material delivery to various projects.
• Assisting with budget monitoring and job site pre-planning.
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
