Job summary

PEAK Technical Services Inc. seeks reliable Warehouse Operators to support production and supply chain operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle receiving, labeling, inventory control, stocking, and timely internal deliveries, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes warehouse accuracy, ERP/WMS data updates, and DOE-based process improvements. Strong Excel skills, reading tape measures, and adherence to PPE and safety protocols are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measure and work instructions.
• Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Experience with ERP/WMS inventory updates.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• DOE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and validate incoming materials against PO and BOM specs.
• Organize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
• Resolve issues related to material requisitions, inventory discrepancies, and back orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with real-time ERP/WMS updates.
• Coordinate transfer, stocking, and staging of materials for production and R&D.
• Maintain stock levels and timely replenishment to minimize shortages.
• Apply DOE methodologies to support process improvements and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate precision and accuracy in a high-precision environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data and reporting.
