Job summary

Christ Church in Phoenix seeks a Production Director to oversee all technical production for the Broadcast Campus, ensuring weekend services run smoothly across campus, online, and on-demand platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in live production, 2+ years leading staff/volunteers, and strong AVL expertise. The director will lead volunteer development, manage budgets and cross-team collaboration to deliver excellent worship experiences.

Qualifications

3+ years of live production experience in a large multi-campus church, broadcast, or large-event setting.
2+ years leading staff and volunteer teams.
Degree in Audio/Video Production, Media Arts, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the technical execution of weekend services at the broadcast campus across audio, video, lighting, and presentation.
Direct the multi-camera broadcast feeding remote campuses and online congregation.
Recruit, train, and develop production volunteers; schedule and manage team members.
Oversee streaming infrastructure and post-service workflows, including archiving and podcast audio.
Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot AVL systems; manage signaling and networking.
