Job summary

Martinaquatic is seeking a drafting/architecture professional to produce precise construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, support BIM modeling, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy and quality. You will learn company drafting standards and utilize standard templates to deliver documentation for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Background in Drafting, Architectural Technology, CAD/BIM, Architecture or related design discipline; degree or equivalent experience welcome.
• Understanding of construction drawings and documentation practices.
• Hands-on Revit experience, including family placement and sheet/annotation setup.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoys spatial coordination and the aesthetic side of design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate construction drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Assist with BIM modeling and project documentation.
• Prepare sheet work, annotations, schedules, and detail callouts.
• Learn and apply Martin Aquatic’s design and drafting standards.
• Use internal standards libraries and templates efficiently.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to maintain drawing accuracy.
• Support senior designers and engineers with technical documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with xrefs, blocks, sheet sets, and annotation standards in AutoCAD
• Exposure to BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience with Bluebeam, Dropbox, or other Autodesk platforms
