We are currently seeking a Production Designer for one of our clients, working remotely from the United States.

In this role, you will manage the packaging design and production process, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, accurate outputs. Responsibilities include creating production-ready dielines, managing color accuracy, overseeing pre-press processes, and working on high-fidelity product renders to support marketing and sales initiatives.

Accountabilities
  • Translate approved designs into production-ready dielines and mechanical files, ensuring adherence to print specifications.
  • Lead review and approval of mechanicals within online proofing systems, ensuring assets meet production standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee pre-press processes, proof reviews, and onsite press checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve print production challenges, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain workflows.
  • Oversee creation and optimization of product and packaging renders for internal and external use.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in packaging or production design, preferably in CPG, food & beverage, or related industries.
  • Expertise in packaging mechanicals, dieline adaptation, and print workflows.
  • Strong color management skills, including Pantone matching and press-side color approvals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially in packaging and print design.
  • Familiarity with CGI render workflows and vendor management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills to maintain creative integrity.
